The place was stunningly beautiful and impressive and the staff were flexible, the location was handy near the train station. Lots of supplies in the room: an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. Having different hot drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch.

Came here for 2 days, the hotel was well-appointed, it had prime location not far from the centre and shops. The service was helpful, including informative staff and a great bar. Reception was lovely.

The staff was exceptionally attentive, the beds were large, and the breakfast was hot. My room was luxurious with an own bathroom. Very central location, relatively near Fish Row. I loved the attentive service here...

Good value considering prices in Salisbury. We really enjoyed rooms and staff - just NICE. The hotel is centrally located in the centre of the city. It has a garden bar.
